Thank you for
choosing to stay at the Beautiful Royal Mauian Resort for your vacation.
We know you will be very happy and pleased with your choice of condos!
A deposit of five hundred dollars USD ($500.00) is required to secure
reservation and must be received within 7 days of request to avoid automatic
cancellation. Reservations for 28 days or more is USD ($800.00). Checks
or money orders, balance is due 45 days before arrival and 90 days for
Holiday Season.
· All rates
subject to Hawaii State taxes (13.416% subject to change).
· Full pre-payment is due thirty (60) days prior to arrival for
reservations from December 15th to January 15th 2005& 2006.
· Five (5) nights minimum (14 nights minimum for holiday season)
· All monies payable in US Funds.
· Units are non-smoking only.
· Reservations made within 30 days of arrival: Payment in full
is due immediately. Payment is by cashiers check, or money order. No
refunds are possible on bookings made 30 days or less in advance.
· One person over the age of 21 must be registered.
· We offer discounted rates for extended days, return guests,
and referrals of future guests.
Security deposit:
· A $500.00 Deposit is due with your final payment- $1000.00
for stays 14 days or more
· Security deposit will be refunded after your departure, provided
that real and personal property are present and in the same condition
as when you arrived and all terms of this agreement are met.
· Upon our house keepers satisfactory review of unit's inventory,
carpet and furnishings condition and all keys returned, there will be
no charge unless noted damage, breakage or excess cleaning attributed
to wear and tear in excess of normal use or smoking in unit damage.
· We accept Cashier's Checks/Personal Checks (on US drawn banks)
Note: If sending personal check, it must have 45 days to clear before
arrival date.
Cancellation Policy:
· Cancellations that are received verbally must be immediately
followed in writing.
· For a deposit refund, less cancellation charge of $100.00,
cancellation is required 60 days prior to scheduled arrival, if under
the 60 days $150.00 cancellation charge.
· In case of cancellation within 30 days of arrival, deposit
will be retained.
· Cancellation on or after arrival date, all funds forfeited.
If space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.
· For reservations during the holiday season, notice of cancellation
must be received at a minimum of 90 days before arrival to receive a
refund, less $200.00 cancellation fee.
Sleeping Capacity:
· Our unit is intended for a maximum capacity of 1-4 persons,
depending if you are renting the 1bedroom/1bath or the 2bedroom/2 bath.
Prices based on double occupancy (2 guests) for the 1 bedroom and prices
for the 2 bedroom/2Bath are for (4 guests). This is a State Law of Hawaii.
If more than paid amount of guests, you will lose your monies and be
asked to leave premises.
· NO more than__________persons will occupy said premises. <-----Please
enter the number of guests.
· No Exceptions.
Check-In:
· There is only 1 free parking space for each allotted unit.
· Automobile License Plate #______from the car rental company
is required, please bring into office when you register· You
will receive a parking permit that must be displayed in the front window
at all times.
Check-In & Out times:
· Check in time is 3:00 PM Check out time is 11:00 AM.
· Sorry, no refunds if you need or want to leave unit early

Pets: Sorry, none are allowed in the unit.
What we supply for your comfort:
· The unit is fully equipped: All kitchenware, luxury linens
and towels. We also provide starter amounts of toilet paper, paper towels,
soap and other disposable items.
· We also provide beach mats, chairs, and beach towels
· Telephone services in the unit are free for local calls on
the entire Island.
· The phones will not allow you to place long distance calls
off Maui.
· Please bring your calling card so you can place calls to your
friends and loved ones on the mainland to tell them what they are missing.
· Your cellular phone should also work
· The unit's telephone # is provided so that your friends may
contact you.
Cleaning:
· WE do have a $85.00 for the 1bedroom & $175.00 for the
2 bedroom-cleaning fee for stays under (7) nights, but is waived if
you book 7 nights or longer.
· If additional cleaning is required upon your departure, such
as a sink full of dirty dishes, soiled upholstery or carpet stains.
Appropriate charges will be deducted from your security deposit.
1. Smoking/Fire Hazard:
· Please refrain from burning incense or candles while in unit.
Common areas and Beach: . You are accepting and assuming all risks involved
in or related to the use of pool, BBQ and all other common areas as
well as the beach and ocean.
Guest Book:
We encourage you to sign our guest book and please include any positive
comments that you may have, or suggestions. Only through your comments
and suggestions can we improve, or provide items, and articles, which
would make your stay even more enjoyable. This also helps us provide
better service to you and all future guests.
Disturbances:
· Please respect the privacy of the other tenants including the
quiet hours at Royal Mauian between 10:00PM to 8:00AM.
· You will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit the
rental fee and security deposit for any of the following:
· Occupancy exceeding the specified sleeping occupancy and payment
for additional persons.
· Using the premises for any illegal activity including, but
not limited to, the possession, serving, or consumption of alcoholic
beverages by or to persons under 21 years of age.
· Causing damage to the unit or to any of the neighboring units
· Any other acts that interfere with the neighbor's right to
quiet enjoyment of their property.
Guest's/Owners Liability:
· Subletting the unit is not permitted.
. We will not be liable for trip interruptions if you are unable to
take your vacation, we advise that you purchase trip interruption insurance

· Any violation of the terms of this agreement may result in
immediate eviction and forfeiture of all deposits and sums you have
paid.
· You agree to accept liability for all replacements and repairs
caused by you or your guests that are outside what is considered normal
wear and tear.
· You authorize us to deduct from the security deposit any necessary
repairs and replacements that exceed the normal wear and tear.
· The Owner does not assume any liability for loss, damage or
injury to guest's personal property. Neither do we accept liability
for any inconveniences arising from any temporary defects or stoppage
in supply of water, gas, electricity, or plumbing.
· Owner does not accept liability for any loss or damage caused
by the acts of God i.e. Natural disasters or other reasons beyond our
control.
· Refunds or rate adjustments are not made for any inconveniences
due to construction, road repairs, etc. However, in the unlikely event
that we are forced to cancel your reservation before your arrival, you
will receive a full refund immediately and we will make every effort
to place you into a unit of equal or better condition and location.
· The undersigned, for himself/herself, his/her heirs, assignors,
executors, and administrators, fully releases and discharges Owner from
any and all claims, demands and causes of action by reason of any injury
of whatever nature that has or have occurred or may occur to the undersigned
or any of his/her guests as a result of, or in connection with, the
occupancy of the premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless
of any claim or suit arising there from. In any action concerning the
rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their
principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall
be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees and costs. However,
in any action associated with failure to pay for damages, you agree
to be responsible for all court costs and legal fees. We thank you for
being our guests. We will do everything possible to help make your Maui
vacation both a fun, and a memorable one!
